Refund Policy

At SeduZir, customer satisfaction is a priority. We do our best to offer you quality products, delivered as quickly as possible. However, due to the intimate nature of our products and our logistics model (dropshipping), returns are limited to certain specific conditions.

Non-Refundable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, all intimate items (lingerie, sex toys, seduction accessories, etc.) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases of proven defect or delivery error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item:

broken,

not as described,

or has a manufacturing defect,

Contact us within 7 days of receipt at: seduzir.oficial@gmail.com, including:

your order number,

clear photos of the product in question,

a brief explanation of the problem.

After verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full or partial refund, as applicable.

 

Refund Period

If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing may take 7 to 10 business days after validation.


Order Not Received

If you have not received your order within 45 days of shipping, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the supplier. If the loss is confirmed, a full refund will be issued or a free reshipment will be offered.

 

Address or Information Error

SeduZir is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. No refund can be issued in this case.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed by the supplier (usually within 6 hours of purchase). After this period, because shipping is automated, we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund.
